- Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID
- One card number per member, no joint accounts
- Palm Club members must redeem points for cash or merchandise vouchers at the Palm Club
- Cash vouchers are to be cashed at the main cashier cage
- Members must present a valid photo ID and Palm Club Card for all point redemptions
- Palm Club points are earned wile playing slot and table games
- Minimum point redemption is 500 Points ($5)
- Maximum daily redemption 20,000 Points ($200)
- Palm Club cash vouchers must be redeemed in dollar increments
- Points expire on member's account with no gaming activity for a consecutive 12-month, and will be removed from the balance
- Palm Club points are non-transferable
- Palm Club points may be earned by the account member ONLY
- Misuse of the Palm Club card will result in termination of membership
- Members assume responsibility for proper card insertion in any slot or video machine for point accumulation
- Members assume responsibility to present Palm Club card at the table games prior to playing... for proper player rating and tracking
- Lost, stolen or expired cash or merchandise vouchers will not be reissued or replaced
- Palm Club, cash back, points and marketing programs may be changed, suspended or canceled at anytime without prior notice
- Casino Pauma management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel Palm Club membership rules and regulations at any time without prior notice
- Decisions made by the management are final
