Maintain the Casino’s Management Information System as directed by the MIS Director.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Two-year degree in MIS or completion of specific training required for the position with approval of the MIS Director
Two years related work experience may be substituted for the required degree
A minimum of two years in installing, supporting, administering and documenting both server and client operating systems in a Window environment.
Working knowledge of POS and telephone systems
Understanding of Network management and security practices
Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications including the Microsoft OfficeSuite (Versions 2000, 2003 required)
Ability to Multi-task in a fast paced environment
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, weekday, etc.
Ability to quickly resolve service related issues in a customer role
